Standard support is included with every SparqFest subscription without an additional charge. It is for festivals who are comfortable providing front-line support to their users for non-technical issues and who are comfortable with business-hour availability and slower turnaround times.

- An enterprise grade issue tracking system (Zendesk) so that nothing falls through the cracks
- SparqFest staff via the issue tracking system
- Who Can Access:
- Up to 3 named festival staff members
- End-user Support:
- None (festival staff provides first-level support to creators, jury, and audience members)
- Festival staff may route valid technical issues to SparqFest
- Availability:
- 9am-5pm M-F US/Central
- Turnaround:
- 1 business day outside of festival dates
- 4 hours during festival dates
