Our Virtual Technical Director services raises SparqFest to be part of your staff, serving as your Technical Director. Serving remotely, SparqFest handles the technical aspects of your festival without the need for you to worry about anything other than select in-venue issues.
As part of this service, we go beyond the common support concerns to offer:
- Consultation on planning and executing hybrid film festivals
- Experience with both in-person and online festivals, large and small, worldwide
- As in people who have actually attended these festivals—not simply working with customers
- To serve as the contact point for any technical or user issue your creators, jury, or audience have
- Access to our engineering team via the Virtual Technical Director
- Participation in up-to one Zoom/conference call per month during festival planning
- Enhanced availability and turnaround during festival dates
