The on-call add-on is an add-on to any support tier that provides specialized availability and turnaround times on specific days (typically, critical festival dates). You pay a daily fee to get rapid access to our support team at any time of the day or night.

For example, our Basic Support tier works for you for everything but the days of your festival which runs Friday evening through Sunday afternoon. Under the terms of the Basic Support agreement, your festival may be over before we even respond to your ticket. You can therefore purchase a 2-day on-call add-on to get a 30-minute turnaround for each day of your festival.
