Standard support is included with every SparqFest subscription without an additional charge. It is for festivals who are comfortable providing front-line support to their users for non-technical issues and who are comfortable with business-hour availability and slower turnaround times.

Included in our standard support:

  • Resources:
    • The SparqFest Knowledge Base (this site)
    • An enterprise grade issue tracking system (Zendesk) so that nothing falls through the cracks
    • SparqFest staff via the issue tracking system
  • Who Can Access:
    • Up to 3 named festival staff members
  • End-user Support:
    • None (festival staff provides first-level support to creators, jury, and audience members)
    • Festival staff may route valid technical issues to SparqFest
  • Availability:
    • 9am-5pm M-F US/Central
  • Turnaround:
    • 1 business day outside of festival dates
    • 4 hours during festival dates
