When the Standard Support works for 51 weeks out of the year, but not on festival weekend.

Priority support is for festivals that require quicker response times during your festival than our Basic Support  package allows. As with Basic support, you provide the front-line support for your users and route any technical issues to SparqFest.

Price: $150/year

Included in our Priority support:

  • Resources:
    • The SparqFest Knowledge Base (this site)
    • An enterprise grade issue tracking system (Zendesk) so that nothing falls through the cracks
    • SparqFest staff via the issue tracking system
  • Who Can Access:
    • Up to 3 named festival staff members
  • End-user Support:
    • None (festival staff provides first-level support to creators, jury, and audience members)
    • Festival staff may route valid technical issues to SparqFest
  • Availability:
    • 9am-5pm M-F US/Central (higher availability via the on-call add-on)
  • Turnaround:
    • 1 business day outside of festival dates
    • 2 hours during festival dates
