SparqFest ticketing allows you to sell tickets online for both in-person and online events. One ticket may grant access to a specific event, or may cover the entire festival.
Define Rich Entitlements
You can define any number of tickets, each with different entitlements. The tickets you define can control access in any of the following ways:
- A single event ticket for “any single event”
- A single event ticket for “this specific event”
- A ticket that grants access to “any online screening”
- A ticket that grants access to “all online screenings, but just once”
- A ticket that grants access to “all online screenings and the ability to watch selections on-demand”
- And combinations of any of the above as well as many more options
When you sell tickets through SparqFest, we are able to control access to all online content via the entitlements you configure for the tickets they hold. Access to in-person events is currently controlled via a roster accessible to your staff. In 2023, we plan to introduce a mobile app that will support check-in and venue ticket sales.
Price and Sell Tickets Online
Create pricing at different levels and assign them to the tickets you create. These tickets become available for the public to purchase on your SparqFest site using their favorite payment method.
Because many of our festivals are non-profits, you also have the ability to ask for a donation as part of the check-out process.
All transactions run through our secure payments gateway, Stripe.
Create Discounts for VIPs and Others
If you are familiar with discount codes in FilmFreeway, we have a similar concept for discounts that can be applied to ticket purchases. A key difference is that you can indicate a specific ticket for which a discount can be used, or that a discount can be used only by judges or only by creators.
Get Paid Quickly
SparqFest pays out on a weekly basis for funds collected 30 days prior. We hold funds for 30 days to deal with credit card disputes (they will happen). Funds are paid directly into your bank account.
