If you have decided that SparqFest is not right for you, you need do nothing. Your account will be closed automatically once your trial is up if you have not entered your credit card information.

Once you enter your credit card information, we will automatically charge your card upon the expiration of your trial for the amount of the subscription for which you are signed up. Thus, if you would like to cancel a subscription but you have already entered your credit card information, you will need to manually cancel the trial. To cancel the trial, go into the SparqFest portal under “Account” > “Subscriptions” and click the link to cancel your account.
