Yes, SparqFest has a judging module capable of supporting a number of different judging processes for both juried and audience choice awards. Configure awards in our judging module, define rules for calculating winners, and then invite in a jury to judge those awards. We also have an advanced laurel management system that makes nominee and winner laurels available once nominees and winners have been announced.
