If you receive an error saying something like, "The dimensions of the image you uploaded were..." or "The aspect ratio (width/height) does not match our needs for this kind of image...", then you have uploaded an image that will not work for your festival.

People see this error when they upload an image for a field that requires an image of a specific height and width. Such images state what the height and width requirements are and generally include a Photoshop template to allow you to edit an image to the festival's needs.

If you do not have Photoshop, there are a number of free online tools, including one from Adobe, that will let you resize your images to the required dimensions.
